Anaclaudia Melhado understands the needs of the world's most discerning clientele and the dynamics of luxury goods and home sales, which she has honed over several successful years working with the world's elite fashion houses. A  Born in Panama City, Panama, Anaclaudia earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Fashion Merchandising and was immediately chosen to join the team at the world-renowned Versace fashion house. She spent the next 12 years living and working in New York City for brands that included Chanel, Valentino, Fendi and Robert Cavalli. An integral part of the business, Anaclaudia was involved in every aspect of the business from distribution and wholesale to Public Relations, Advertising, product selection, brand management, events and celebrity endorsements. Following her long held interest in real estate and her passion for design, Anaclaudia transitioned her career into professional real estate, specifically the luxury homes, estates and condos of Miami. Demanding clients across South Florida found that her number one priority is to provide each client with the highest caliber service available, catering to their needs in a sincere, yet realistic manner and ensuring that their transaction is handled with the greatest ease. Technically savvy and tuned in to the trends of the market and the specifics of each neighborhood, her approach is personal and all-encompassing. However, as self driven and passionate as Anaclaudia is to achieve goals and pursue new opportunities, she began in early 2017 to become more and more involved on commercial transactions which not only made her immediately successful but also drew her interest to new aspects of the business. Anaclaudia is passionate about art, design, literature and ballet. She hales from a multi-cultural background that includes the UK, France and Spain and is multi-lingual, allowing her to effectively communicate with many of Miami's diverse clients.
